Double Happiness: One of the strongest wineries in the Hurun Institute, the wine won the Parker team95 points
On January 19, the Hurun Research Institute released the "2024 Hurun China Wineries Top 50", listing the 50 strongest wineries in China's wine industry, which is the first time that the Hurun Research Institute has released the list.
Among them, Meihe Manor, located at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia, was selected for its strength, and also ranked in the top 10 along with a number of top Chinese wineries.
According to public information, the research scope of this list is all Chinese wine wineries, and the evaluation criteria include basic hard power, industry leadership, and public influence, and the list objectively reflects the comprehensive strength of each winery in the industry. To achieve the top level in these three dimensions, the first condition is to achieve first-class product quality. In the past year, Meihe Manor has received high scores and praises from the world's top rating agencies, which is the best proof.
At the same time that Meihe Estate won the 2024 Hurun China Wine Winery Top 10 awards, Meihe Estate's flagship wine, the Family Reserve 1968 Dry Red Wine, received a high score of 95 points from Robert Parker's team in 2021.
Robert Parker's team also gave high praise to the 1968 Dry Red Wine of the Miga Estate Family Reserve 2021, commenting: "This wine is full-bodied, with a solid structure but not too hard, showing a rich mouthfeel, fine tannins, some pleasant acidity and 155%vol alcohol content, the fusion is very good, this wine has a promising future!
It is worth mentioning that there are many wines that have been recognized by the industry for their high quality. Since 2016, a total of 226 medals have been won for various wines of Meihe Estate, including 5 double gold medals, 17 grand gold medals and 83 gold medals.
PracticeArtIP, enhance brand influence
As we all know, wine is not a consumer product that the general public is familiar with in China, so Meihe Estate has combined itself with the "art" that matches the tone and has a wider audience, and built the only art winery in China around "life is art", so as to gradually penetrate into the minds of target consumers.
As the only art winery in China, Meihe Manor is lonely and small in the backdrop of the vast mountains, presenting a mysterious and lonely oriental aesthetic in the afterglow of the sunset. The interior of the estate is more like a mysterious palace of art, with artworks scattered everywhere, highlighting the unique personality of the winery.
In addition, Miga Estate collaborates with different artists every year to launch a limited edition of art wines. In 2020, Meihe Manor launched a limited edition dry red wine 2018 for the first time with Ding Yi's work "Ten Revelations 2018-8", which unfolded a rich visual and taste bud enjoyment for tasters with an artistic wine label. In 2021, Meihe Manor launched the 2019 limited edition dry red wine with the theme of contemporary artist Liu Ye's work "Once Upon a Time on Broadway", paying tribute to classic works of art. In 2022, Meihe Manor and three paintings by artist Zhang Enli will join hands to launch the "Bundled Leather Tube", "Pastry Chef" and "Chest of Drawers" art limited edition wine set, integrating art into mellow wine, so that the paintings exude a rich and fresh charm.
High-quality wine, showing the world China's self-confidence
Just like the persistent pursuit of art, since its establishment, Miga Estate has always had extremely strict requirements for the quality of its wines. The eastern foothills of Helan Mountain in Ningxia, where the estate is located, is one of the country's star wine producing regions, and the extraordinary terroir at 38°N enjoys long sunshine and significant temperature differences between day and night, providing excellent conditions for the vines to thrive. On this land, Miga Manor follows the laws of nature and produces several fine wines, including the 1968 Dry Red Wine of the Meihe Estate Family Collection, the 10th Anniversary Limited Edition Commemorative Dry Red Wine, the Art Limited Edition Dry Red Wine, and the Zodiac Wine, etc., each bottle is a tribute to nature, and every drop contains the vitality of the earth.
The label of the 1968 series of the Meihe Manor Family Collection is an artistic tribute to the eastern foothills of Helan Mountain. This highly colorful wine label was created by a team of designers from Hong Kong, China, and the creative concept is: the four seasons of Helan Mountain in Ningxia can be seen from the viewing platform of Meihe Manor, and with the help of Dada's collage art form, the abstract colors suddenly pull people back to the time and space of the four seasons of Helan Mountain. Twelve different artistic wine labels record the terroir code of Helan Mountain--the stars change, the wind, frost, rain and dew, in the long watch, Meihe Manor uses time to gather the heirloom wines that carry spring, summer, autumn and winter.
With high-quality wine as the cornerstone and diversified artistic practices as the brand's leading vitality, art and fine wine continue to collide and intersect, showing the beauty of unique texture, so that Meihe Manor continues to gain the recognition of consumers and the industry.
