Fans are very excited to see the major developments around the characters of Otoku, Subu, and of course, Knotweed Yuhito. This exciting battle between the old and new protagonists of the series against Subu has only just begun, and given that Subu is recovering to his former glory, fans still have a lot to witness. Of course, while Oto-bones are likely to be the center of episode 250 of Jujutsu Kaisen, one cannot forget about Knotweed Yuhito, the protagonist of this series. As Sufu himself confirmed, Knotweed Yuhito is the person he needs to be wary of at the moment. Otoku's abilities only create opportunities for Knotweed Yuhito. Once Otoku succeeds in getting Su to let his guard down and weaken him, Knotweed Yuhito has a bigger task at hand. He must use his soul-destroying powers to tear Subu apart from Megumi Fushiguro's body. Fans don't know exactly what Knotweed Yuhito's abilities are. What they do know is that he is capable of manipulating or tearing souls apart in some way. As a result, he may tear out Sukuro's soul from Megumi Fushiguro's body, which will allow them to retrieve their friends and get rid of Subu easily. This is easier said than done, however, it's likely that fans will see a move in that direction in the upcoming Jujutsu Kaisen chapter, which is certainly very exciting.

Therefore, the Sufu will not simply let them go all out and hit him in battle. He definitely has a plan against them, and his overwhelming power means he'll fight back violently. One of the things that Otoku pointed out in the previous chapter is that while the Su Fu restores the speed of the reversal technique, he also has the ability to use the field expansion. Su Nu is returning to his normal state, which means that from now on, it will be more difficult to defeat him in battle.
As Otoku says, he's likely to return to his best at any point, meaning the ongoing fight probably won't last long.
