*There may be some problems encountered during the use of turbidity detection instruments, the following are the common problems and their solutions:
Inaccurate turbidity test results:
Possible causes: External interference from the light source, dirty or aging sensor, inaccurate calibration.
Solution: Avoid interference from external light sources (use a light shield or adjust the position of the instrument); Clean and maintain the sensor regularly (wipe with a soft cloth and avoid using sharp objects or chemical solutions); Calibrate the turbidity detector regularly (according to the equipment instructions).
The turbidity sensor is not working:
Possible causes: Problems connecting the sensor to the instrument or the sensor itself.
Solution: Check whether the connection between the sensor and the instrument is firm, and troubleshoot the sensor.
Instrument readings are unstable:
Possible causes: Dirt accumulation on the surface of the sensor or changes in the measurement environment.
Solution: Regularly clean the surface of the sensor to ensure cleanliness; The detection is carried out under relatively stable environmental conditions to avoid external interference.
No display or power light does not light up when powered on:
Possible causes: The power supply is not properly plugged in, the power cord or monitor is damaged, and the fuse is blown.
Solution: Check the contact between the power plug and the socket to ensure that it is plugged in properly; Check whether the power cord and monitor are damaged, and replace them if there are damaged parts; Check if the fuse is blown, and replace it with a new one.
To ensure the proper operation and accuracy of the turbidity detection instrument, regular maintenance, cleaning, and calibration are recommended. In addition, in the actual use process, attention should also be paid to follow the equipment operation guidelines to avoid problems caused by improper operation. If you encounter problems that cannot be solved, please contact the equipment supplier or professional maintenance personnel in time.
