3. Bidder qualification requirements.

3.1. The bidder must be a legal entity legally registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China, must have a valid business license and be in a normal state of operation, and have the ability to undertake the bidding project;

3.5. This tender does not accept consortium bidding.
3.6. Other requirements.
1) The bidder shall have the commitment not to use high-emission non-road mobile machinery in the prohibited area during the construction process, and to strictly abide by the control measures of dust control at the construction site, the management of construction enterprise muck transport vehicles, and the prohibition of burning of landscaping waste;
2) The bidder shall have a commitment to safety production during the construction of the project;
3) Enterprises from other cities must complete the warehousing in the database of Beijing Landscaping Enterprise Management Service Platform. Consortium bidding is not allowed for this project.
