Have you noticed that most of the middle-aged men who love to run are social? This is not a coincidence, but a phenomenon behind which the middle-aged man's pursuit of health and compromise with life are hidden.
In the eyes of many, middle age is an awkward age. In their careers, they may have achieved some success, but with them comes more responsibilities and pressures. Socially, they have to deal with a variety of social interactions, which are often accompanied by overeating and irregular routines. As a result, the body begins to gain weight, energy gradually declines, and health problems follow.
I am such a middle-aged man. Because of my work, I often need to attend various dinners and cocktail parties, and it has become commonplace to eat big fish and meat, and to change cups. Over time, I found that I was quietly gaining weight, and my body began to show all kinds of small problems. I realized that this lifestyle could not go on any longer.
By chance, I got into running. At first, I just wanted to give it a try, but I soon discovered the charm of running. Not only does it help me get in shape, but it also allows me to relax and comfort after intense work. Whenever I sweat on the runway, all those worries and stresses at work seem to be expelled with the sweat.
What surprised me even more was that I met a lot of like-minded friends on the runway. Like me, they are middle-aged people who usually socialize a lot and eat irregularly. We meet, intersect, and encourage each other through running to pursue a healthy lifestyle together. I found that running is not only a sport, but also a kind of life attitude and spiritual sustenance.
After joining various running groups, I have a deeper understanding of the changes that running has brought us. The members of the running group come from all walks of life, but they all have one thing in common - a love of running. Whenever we get together on the playground, we share our running experiences and experiences. I was surprised to find that most of my runners fall in love with running for similar reasons to me – to cope with the excessive amount of food and drink and to stay healthy.
February** Dynamic Incentive Program Running gives us back a sense of control over our lives. We may not be able to say no to food and drink, but on the runway, we can control our pace and breath. Every sprint and transcendence makes us feel our own existence and value. Through running, we learn how to find balance in our lives and how to maintain ourselves in the midst of stress and responsibility.
Now whenever someone asks me why I run, I tell them, "Because running has allowed me to find myself." "In this challenging and challenging world, running has become the norm. It keeps me healthy, positive and optimistic about the challenges and changes in my life.
