Commentary on the Poetry of Ge Ming Cao.

Original

The philosophy of survival of spiders.

Wen Deng Wanfa.

A lifetime of practicing unique skills.

With a breeze on a small river that spans more than twenty meters.

Cable-stayed spider silk to build strategic locations.

Layout to make a living. Aim to catch them all.

Life has not been satisfactory.

You take cold wind and cold rain as commonplace.

You take loneliness and loneliness for granted.

Forbearance lurks in the dark trenches.

Life is always held on to countless waits.

Don't be jealous of other people's pleasures.

Do not despise the loss of others.

You live the ordinary and extraordinary time peacefully.

No matter how difficult, no matter how boring the years.

You never empathize with Qin and twilight.

That net is both a home and a means of earning a living.

Where you live, never give up.

Appreciation

After reading this poem, what you can feel is not only the spider's philosophy of survival, but also its spirit of survival. This poem is divided into four sections, the poet from four aspects of the survival of the spider and thinking, and from which to understand the way of survival, the language is unpretentious, but intriguing. Everyone knows that the most important purpose of a spider's web is to prey, it is its survival instinct, and from its point of view, this is not commendable. However, from a human point of view, they are not easy. What kind of experience is it for those spiders that live in the wild to face the harsh natural environment all the time, and the web of survival is destroyed and re-woven, as if they are confined to this web all their lives. Perhaps, they are just for a bite to eat, not like human beings, who have emotional bonds in everything, so that they live a hard life. Because the poetry is the survival philosophy of spiders, it may be worth learning. Below, follow in the poet's footsteps and gain some experience from poetry.

In the first stanza, the poet summarizes the spider's survival skills, which are a lifelong lesson for them, as we often say, to do only one thing in their lives, to build webs. As the saying goes: a trick is fresh, eat all over the world, this is. And this is probably the most important place for human beings to learn. People are characterized by greed for more and faster, while spiders only practice one stunt, only do one thing, and spend their whole lives polishing on one thing. Such a result can be imagined, as long as it is not a stupid spider, it can be said that there is no worry about life. The poem also describes the characteristics of the spider's stunt, spanning more than 20 meters of the river to build a strategic location, and the poet uses exaggerated techniques to show the spider's survival wisdom. Within one web, it is the world of spiders, which can attack and defend, and catch them all in one net.

In the second stanza, the poet talks about the environment in which spiders live. The poet describes the life of spiders as unsatisfactory, but they enjoy it, and why, it can only be said that they enjoy it. "Cold wind and cold rain are commonplace, loneliness and loneliness are commonplace, forbearance and lurking", this is their philosophy of survival, the poet uses personified techniques to describe their survival logic very much like people, as if protracted exercises, which is the embodiment of wisdom.

In the third stanza, the poet starts from the characteristics of spiders' survival and talks about their perseverance in life, which is very accurate. Once the net is set, all they have to do is wait for their prey to enter the net, moving randomly. And this kind of process is very meaningful, reflecting randomness and contingency, which is a challenge to probability. And in order to get food as soon as possible, they also need to be selective about where they set up their nets, which is another survival issue, and I won't say much about it here. Then, from the perspective of people, the poet expounds two points of view: "not jealous of the joy of others, not disgusted with the loss of others", these two do not have a kind of state of not being happy with things, not being sad about themselves, and the poet perfectly portrays the noble qualities of spiders. In the face of survival, he is not frightened, and he seems to be calm.

The fourth verse can be seen as a sublimation of the content of the third verse. Difficult and boring, it can't change the essence of spiders, and the poet uses two very emotional idioms: Chao Qin and Twilight Chu and empathy farewell. The denial of these two conditions is the affirmation of the spider's instinct. In the last two lines, the poet pushes the cobwebs to a very high position, suggesting that the webs are a summary of the spiders' philosophy of survival, as if everything about them revolves around the web. It's a very interesting and intelligent move. This is exactly what the poet wants to express, "where you die, never give up". This means the defense of life.

This poem seems to be written about spiders, but in fact, it is a spider to see people themselves. In any case, the survival of spiders is a kind of wisdom exercise, and it can also be transferred to people, because it is a spiritual exercise. Through poetry, we can understand the necessity of learning like the natural world. Often, being hit by one of their clicks is a lifetime of use. The poet takes spiders as the object of study, deeply analyzes their survival laws, and finally, guides the formation of his own life, which shows the poet's impulse to be enlightened, which also benefits the reader a lot.

Throwing bricks and leading jade, discussing poetry on poetry, and learning by writing, this is the end. If you have different opinions, please feel free to communicate in the comment area.
