The Danly Gas Spring RLM 180 complies with ISO standards

The new generation of high-quality RLM gas pillars Design2Tite produced by Danly not only complies with ISO standards, but also passes an externally tested FE analysis.

Our Design 2Tite series RLM gas struts can be individually filled according to customer requirements and are also available in standard pressures.

Advantage. The robust plastic piston rod guide provides maintenance-free dry running characteristics.

The guide bushings are threaded, so repairs can be made by simply replacing the seals and wipers.

All Danly Mikro RLM pneumatic struts are equipped with a threaded M6 compact valve. When micro gas struts can be used in composite systems, they can be easily removed.

On the Danly brace of the RLM 70 RLM 90 RLM 180 series, the valve is located at the base**. The upper and lower circular clamping grooves are used for fixing with flanges.

The pneumatic supports of the RLM 230 and RLM 300 series have a lateral valve connection. When fastened with flanges, there is a circular clamping groove in the upper part and a 4 mm wide clamping groove in the lower part.

Installation. 1.Loosely installed in bag holes: drill holes 0 times larger than the shell diameter5-1 mm. Where possible, drainage should be ensured due to bag holes.

2.Attach the screws to the flat surface at the bottom of the spring. Use high-strength screws and use screw fasteners. The mounting threads on the piston rod must not be used for fixation.

3.Install the fixing flange a b c d e according to the installation instructions. The flange gas pressure spring should be relative to the fixed installation area. It is not allowed to hang and spring attach the flanged fixing screws without a bracket.

Damage. Scratches and damage on the piston rod can lead to seal wear and pressure loss.

Machining of gas pressure springs is not permitted. Calculated wall thickness deviations can lead to a loss of product safety, a danger to the operator, and in turn a loss of approval and warranty.

Avoid contact with liquids. Direct contact with cleaners, coolants, and lubricants (especially glycol, methanol, and ethanol) can have a negative or damaging effect on the seals of gas pressure springs and dust collectors.

Maintenance and filling.

Expansion, maintenance and filling of gas pressure springs should only be carried out by qualified professionals. Always remove the gas pressure spring in the unloaded state. Always wear safety glasses when using gas pressure bombs. Place the gas pressure spring in a horizontal position for exhaust. Use an eraser to protect yourself from leaking nitrogen and lubricants. Check before starting maintenance, the gas pressure spring is pressure-free. This is achieved by pressing the piston rod with your hands. Every time you fill it, be sure to pay attention to the tank's.
