ViewSonic has launched the VX2758A-2K-Pro, a 27-inch gaming monitor built around a "SuperClear" IPS panel. The Viewsonic VX2758A-2K-Pro also combines a 1440p resolution and a 170 Hz refresh rate, but with a peak brightness of only 250 nits.

Less than a month after the launch of the VX2758-4K-Pro-2 in China, ViewSonic has launched another 27-inch gaming monitor. This time, the company gave a detailed account of the VX2758A-2K-Pro, which is its counterpart to the VX2758A-2K-Pro-2 that it already sells. Considering ViewSonic Display's presence on its global**, ViewSonic appears to intend to offer the former outside of China.

As far as we can tell, ViewSonic differentiates the VX2758A-2K-Pro from the VX2758A-2K-Pro-2 in two ways. That is, the VX2758A-2K-Pro peaks at 250 nits, which is 2758 nits and 17% lower than the VX2758A-2K-Pro-17. In addition, compared to the height, swivel, pivot and tilt adjustments offered by the VX2758A-2K-PRO-2, the previous boat had only a simple stand and only supported tilt adjustment. As a result, the VX2758A-2K-Pro also outputs at 170 Hz on its 27-inch "SuperClear" IPS panel with a native resolution of 1440P (2560 x 1440).

In addition, the VX2758A-2K-Pro has DisplayPort 14 and HDMI 20** connection, and 3 for connecting external audio devices5mm jack. Unfortunately, there is no USB hub and internal speakers, and there is no Ethernet connection. At the moment, it's unclear when ViewSonic will start selling the VX2758A-2K-Pro, let alone the selling price. Conversely, unlike the VX2758A-2K-Pro-2, the monitor's product list currently bears the "Coming Soon" logo.
