A long time ago, I mentioned the revolution in the memory chip industry. Whether it's Samsung, SK hynix, or even Micron Technology, they have shifted their focus to HBM.
Until now, Samsung and SK hynix have been leading the way in HBM's business space. Among these companies, Micron technology accounts for nearly 10% of the market. Obviously, if China's semiconductor industry does not take measures, it will be "wiped out" by the United States and South Korea.
Some people may think that this is an exaggeration, but in fact, South Korea has listed HBM as an important strategic technology.
In their eyes, South Korean companies urgently need to develop a unique high-end chip to ensure South Korea's leading position in the chip field. As far as I know, their idea is right, memory chips have been suppressed, and even China's memory has been suppressed by domestic memory manufacturers. If South Korea's semiconductor industry is not willing to decline further, it will have to go another way.
And the rise of NVIDIA in the field of artificial intelligence is a good opportunity. Coincidentally, a large number of orders from Nvidia are provided by SK hynix, which means that SK hynix has surpassed other companies. The only benefit that our country can get is that Chinese companies have not released the latest information on HBM in our business.
Fortunately, Changxin memory CXMT couldn't wait, and launched a new chip project - HBM. It is reported that at present, the assembly of HBM memory and related devices have been officially introduced. In addition, the two companies will build a new DRAM chip factory in Hefei, Anhui Province, and raise funds to build a new factory to provide customers with more new production and packaging processes.
While no specific model of the HBM has been announced, it's a good start. At the very least, we have a chance to make a breakthrough in this area, rather than being suppressed by the two companies.
HBM is currently the largest profit** and the main competitive focus of the future memory market. If it weren't for that, South Korean semiconductor companies wouldn't have listed it as such an important technology at this juncture. But if South Korean companies are allowed to completely control this field, they are likely to become international hegemons like flash memory and memory. If it's just a simple monopoly, then it's okay to say, because they rely on their own ability. But the problem is that the current technological competition is already fierce, and Korean companies are also in a dilemma, and they may even be choked again.

Therefore, whether we want to seize this market, we must work harder on HBM. We have to understand that if we master a core technology, then we risk losing the opportunity. Now that Nvidia is at the forefront of artificial intelligence, Nvidia also attaches great importance to the Chinese market, and if we can get the HBM chip, then it is possible to break this record again.
In short, Changxin company is willing to announce this in this situation, which is a good thing for us, once one company makes a statement, other companies will definitely not sit idly by, what else do we have to worry about? What do you think about this? Please leave a comment, like, share here!
