The RH 795 film potential fluorescent probe is a rhodamine-based fluorescent dye that has strong fluorescence emission in the visible region. Due to its special molecular structure, the RH 795 membrane potential fluorescent probe is able to selectively embed into the cell membrane and change with the change of cell membrane potential. Therefore, changes in cell membrane potential can be precisely monitored by measuring the fluorescence intensity and wavelength changes of the Rh 795 membrane potential fluorescent probe.
