Second, the elevator maintenance project and cycle should meet the requirements, at least once every half a month, and the maintenance records are complete and effective. Judging from the units I inspected, 35% of the units had falsified maintenance records.
Third, the elevator maintenance unit should be able to ensure that after receiving the fault report of the elevator trapped person, the maintenance personnel of the municipality directly under the central government or the city divided into districts should arrive at the location of the elevator within 30 minutes, and other areas within 1 hour to implement on-site rescue. Once, during the inspection, I specially called the elevator maintenance unit personnel to say that someone was trapped in the elevator, but it took an hour and a half for the maintenance personnel to come to the scene.
Fourth, elevator maintenance should be carried out by 2 or more personnel with corresponding qualifications to maintain the elevator and sign the maintenance record. The problem is more serious, with 40% of the personnel having the corresponding qualifications, and there are more cases of fraudulent signatures on maintenance records.
Fifth, the elevator user should be tracked and confirmed by the personnel with the corresponding qualifications for the elevator maintenance work, and signed on the maintenance record. I have made statistics on 23 units, and only 13 elevator users have the corresponding qualifications, and the maintenance records signed by others have a certain universality.
