February** Dynamic Incentive Program.
Standing in front of Victoria Harbour, the waves gently wash the shore, bringing a slightly salty smell and a hint of coolness. It is a landmark and symbol of Hong Kong, and it is also a dream in my childhood memories. Once, those martial arts dramas waiting in front of the TV, those Cantonese songs wafting with the melody of **, were my endless fantasies about this city.
I remember how rare it was to have the opportunity to come to Hong Kong at that time. Now, I have landed on this land by plane, crossing thousands of mountains and rivers, only to find that the strangeness has faded with the passage of time. Standing on the beach at the southern end of Tsim Sha Tsui, I tried to find something on this sparkling sea, perhaps the longing of the past, or the prosperity of that era.
Looking back on those years, Hong Kong is synonymous with fashion, the focal point of the intersection of Eastern and Western cultures, and the bright pearl in the hearts of countless people. However, time flies, things change, and when I really stand in this place that I once dreamed of, I feel an inexplicable sense of loss. Is it the feeling that everything has changed, or is it nostalgia for an era that no longer exists?
I close my eyes and let the sea breeze blow away my thoughts. In this moment, I felt as if I had traveled back in time to that century, that belonged.
Hong Kong in the 80s and 90s. In the streets and alleys, under the neon lights, everyone is running for their dreams, and every street is full of hope and vitality. At that time, Hong Kong was a place to aspire to, a city full of stories.
