On February 2, the Civil Affairs Bureau of Shunqing District carried out an inspection of safety production work before the Spring Festival for elderly care institutions in its jurisdiction.
The inspection team went deep into the pension institutions, focusing on fire safety, food safety, facilities and equipment and gas safety, etc., requiring staff to operate on site, and also checked the fire safety inspection ledger, fire emergency plan and other information in detail, and investigated potential safety hazards in central heating places, stairwells, activity rooms and other areas. Every time they go to a nursing home, the inspection team popularizes fire safety knowledge to the elderly, publicizes the safe use of electricity, and checks whether there are potential safety hazards in the elderly's room. It also requires the person in charge of all pension institutions to fulfill their regulatory responsibilities, do a good job in daily fire safety inspections, and strengthen the management of the daily electricity consumption of the elderly.
In order to further tighten the responsibility of guiding and inspecting, the safety inspection of pension institutions will last until February 8, and it is hoped that through this inspection, the safety of pension institutions will be further improved.
1. Understand the importance of prevention first and comprehensive management, enhance the awareness of safety production responsibility, and create a safe, comfortable and harmonious environment for the elderly. The relevant person in charge of the District Civil Affairs Bureau said.
