The key to further improving the pertinence, effectiveness and influence of employees' ideological and political leadership lies in enhancing their political, theoretical, cultural and emotional identity.

First, to promote the ideological and political leadership of employees, the fundamental principle is to enhance the political identity of employees. With the changes in the main contradictions in society, the vigorous rise of new business forms, the change in the structure of the workforce, and the new characteristics of labor relations, we must work together to strengthen the ideological and political guidance of the majority of employees, and lead the masses of workers with political identity.
