2. The stone should be clean, dry, low dust content, particle size of 3-5mm or 5-8mm, the smaller the compactness, the more delicate the finished product, if the stone is wet, it must be dried.
3. If the foundation screed layer is too smooth and the thickness of the finished product is too thin, epoxy permeable primer or cold-mix asphalt glue should be used for bottom sealing.
4. Covering agent (according to design requirements).
2. Machinery and tools.
1.Mixing and transportation: small forklift or household small forklift (feeding), open mixer, bucket truck or construction tricycle as transportation.
2.Paving: a number of shovels, a number of nail rakes.
3.Leveling: two sets of scraping rulers.
4.Grinding compaction: gasoline grinding machine.
5.Trim and make up: a few flat-mouth spatulas.
6.Overlay seal: gasoline sprayer.
7.Power supply equipment: three AC synchronous generators (12kw-15kw or more).
8.Primer sealing layer: several rollers.
Note: The generator and mixer must be matched, according to the needs, choose different models of mixers.

Fourth, the construction steps.
1.Clean the foundation pavement to ensure that the pavement is dry and free of floating dust, and at the same time measure the elevation to avoid affecting the amount of materials.
2.After the stones arrive at the site, they must be dried in the sun, without excess water, and stacked reasonably.
3.Set up the location of the mixer and generator to ensure the convenience of feeding and transportation.
4.After the tool material is ready, pour the dried stone into the mixer, then give priority to stirring the A asphalt glue, then add the B component curing agent to stir fully (all are well proportioned), and finally add the mixed asphalt glue to the stone and stir for use.
Note: Take a 400L mixer as an example, it is about 25kg of mixed asphalt liquid: 360kg of stones.
5.Mix the asphalt glue and stones thoroughly.
6.The mixed material is then transported to the site, and the workers pave the material evenly and level it with a scraper.
7.Put the prepared polishing machine on the construction surface after leveling for lighting, and if there is a partial exposure of stones, make up for it in time and collect it again. If there are some corners or areas that cannot be cleaned up with the device, be sure to use a spatula to close it repeatedly!
8.After waiting for the finished product to fully cure (usually the next day), spray the overlay as needed and spray the surface with a transparent two-component overlay to seal it before opening.
9.The person in charge of the site must make construction records every day, reasonably allocate the use of materials, and ensure that the details of the construction do not affect the quality of the finished product.
5. Supplementary precautions.
1.For the first time of construction, the time and ratio must be strictly controlled. If the stone is not clean, the amount of asphalt liquid should be increased accordingly, and the two-component asphalt liquid should be fully stirred with the stone after being fully stirred, and the mixed material needs to be paved in about ten minutes, and compacted and collected within 20 minutes.
2.When using a gasoline grinder, try to use a resin grinding disc, not an iron disc, which can appropriately increase the counterweight and improve the compaction effect (the grinding disc can be coated with edible oil, which will be more convenient for construction).
3.The cold asphalt must be cut expansion joints, or reserved expansion joints, leave one every 20-30 square meters, and finally fill the treatment, expansion joints 5mm-10mm, no reservation needs to be cut after 24 hours of curing, which can effectively avoid cracking caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction.
