Correspondent Cheng Xuhui reports.

A few days ago, there was a busy scene in the edible fungus planting base in Qianhan Village, Taiping Town, Zoucheng City. "I earned 50,000 yuan in 3 months, the harvest is really good, and the days are getting more and more prosperous! When night fell, the No. 33 greenhouse of the base was warm, the growth of the black-skinned chicken fir fungus on the ground was gratifying, and the villagers Zhao Chongliang and his wife and the workers were busy picking mushrooms and cutting roots, telling the good harvest of the year in laughter.

The reporter learned from Zhao Chongliang that Qianhan Village was once a well-known "shell village", most of the villagers chose to go out to work, the land was deserted, and the overall income level was low. In 2020, fellow villager Chang Meng returned to his hometown and led the villagers to explore a new way to get rich, and unified the planting of low-cost and fast-acting black chicken fir fungus.

If you are rich, you are not rich, but you are really rich if you lead the villagers to get rich together. Chang Meng, general manager of Shandong Changshengyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., said that when he returned to his hometown, he invested in the construction of 60 greenhouses, and drove the villagers to increase their per capita income by 30,000 yuan by encouraging farmers to invest in capital, land, etc., signing purchase and sales contracts, implementing protective price purchases and establishing professional farmer cooperatives.

In Zoucheng, edible mushrooms have always been a powerful engine to promote the revitalization of rural industries. At present, the local area has achieved high-yield and high-efficiency three-dimensional cultivation, intelligent, standardized and factory production, and has successively cultivated more than 20 large-scale, high-grade, radiation-driven edible fungus leading enterprises such as Youhe, Lima and Changshengyuan.

In recent years, Zou Cheng has promoted the edible fungus industry to become bigger and stronger, worked hard to improve the whole edible fungus industry chain, and focused on the research and development and production of mushrooms, the primary processing of edible mushrooms, the intensive processing of edible mushroom food, and the manufacturing of edible fungus equipment, so as to create the "Zou Cheng mushroom" brand, and develop into a national edible mushroom science and technology innovation valley with industrial foundation, technical support, and research and development that can be promoted, leading more people to embark on the road of increasing income and getting rich.

I have contracted 12 greenhouses here, each shed produces about 5,600 catties of edible mushrooms, and I can earn five or six hundred thousand yuan a year. Nearby edible fungus companies come to buy every day, and there is basically no need to worry about sales. In Diaoyutai Village, Dashu Town, Zou City, Zhu Ninghui, a college student who returned to his hometown to start a business, also tasted the sweetness of the edible fungus industry.

The edible fungus industry in Diaoyutai Village is driven by the surrounding large-scale edible fungus enterprises. The village has invested in the construction of nearly 70 edible mushroom greenhouses, developed edible mushroom industries such as shiitake mushrooms, chicken fir mushrooms, morels, etc., and adopted the development model of "party branch + cooperative + enterprise", and the cooperation between government and enterprises has driven the per capita income of the villagers to increase by nearly 40,000 yuan.

Up to now, the planting area of edible mushrooms in Zou City has reached 26 million square meters, with an annual output of 380,000 tons of fresh mushrooms, an output value of 3.5 billion yuan, and nearly 30,000 people have been employed. "Zou Cheng Mushroom" was rated as a national regional public brand of agricultural products, and the brand value reached 205.3 billion yuan.
