Procedure
Get ready. The material to be sprayed needs to be thoroughly emulsified and homogenized by a homogenizer and passed through an 80-mesh screen (so as not to block the atomizer and pipeline), and placed in a stainless steel barrel for later use. In addition, a bucket of tap water is used to clean the nebulizer and spray chamber. Install the material pipe of the peristaltic pump, clamp it firmly, and use 8 nuts in front of the feed port to secure it (to prevent it from floating up and sucking in air), and put it in the barrel for later use.
Examine. Check whether the butterfly valves on the pipes connecting the dehumidifier and the aggregate barrel are open, the damper on the spray tower should be fully open, the spray hatch should be closed, the quick-release clamps of each connecting pipeline should be installed correctly, the outlet valve of the air compressor should be opened, the exhaust valve should be closed, and the air compressor pipe should be well connected.
Boot worker.
Press the switch of the dehumidifier, close the air relay switch of the spray dryer, and adjust the air compressor outlet pressure to 025MPa (pull out the black button and press it after adjustment), rotate the red emergency stop button clockwise, open the LCD operation screen, wait for 15s to automatically enter the operation interface, set the process parameters: set the temperature 180, the lower limit temperature is 180, the upper temperature is 192, the temperature is between the setting and the lower limit, the heating opening time is 10s, the heating off time is 3s, the vibrator is set to vibrate for 2s, and the stop is 2-10s (refer to the accumulation of materials on the wall). If the solid content is very low, such as spraying water, the set temperature should be adjusted to 185-190, and the lower limit should be changed to 185.
Turn on the induced draft fan, dehumidifier, electric heating switch (electric heating open automatic button, otherwise the temperature will not jump off when the temperature reaches the set temperature and will continue to heat), preheat the system, the lighting can be normally on, to monitor the inlet air temperature to reach the set temperature, when the air outlet temperature reaches 80-90 degrees and the temperature is relatively stable, turn on the atomizer for 30s, and then open the peristaltic pump switch in the interface, adjust the speed to between 12-18 (according to the material adjustment), and the peristaltic pump is slow in the early stage. Do not introduce air into the empty tube (the temperature of the atomizer is high, and the lack of new material cooling will cause a small amount of liquid to dry quickly and block the atomizer), and the direction arrow on the atomizer points to " " on the atomizer to press the start button on the atomizer to start peristaltic feeding. When the material enters the atomizer and starts spraying, open the vibrator (double air hammer) to observe the atomization situation and the air outlet temperature, if the air outlet temperature is higher than 90 degrees, you can slowly adjust the speed of the peristaltic pump (0. each time5-2), continue to observe the air temperature to see if it is stable, the air temperature drops to 86-88 degrees to stabilize the normal spray flow rate (depending on the viscosity of the material, solid content and other factors), always observe the air temperature, adjust the optimal material flow rate (the experience value of water spray is 17-18, pepper water is 32, chicken paste is about 28 after dissolving with 1:2 water).
Shutdown procedure. After all the materials are absorbed, immediately put the feed pipe head into the cleaning bucket, spray with water to clean the atomizer, adjust the speed of the peristaltic pump to about 15 (the water has no solids, it is difficult to spray dry), observe whether the feeding pipeline is cleaned by tap water after 5min, and then run for 2-3 minutes until the atomizer is cleaned. Turn off the peristaltic pump and open the clamp on the pump so that the water inside backs up into the bucket. Wait for 3-5 minutes, after the atomizer sprays the residual water, you can turn off the atomizer, and when there is no fog, you can turn off the electric heating and vibrator, and wait for the natural cooling down. When the air inlet temperature reaches below 150, you can open the hatch, use the air compressor gun head to blow down the place where the material is accumulated, pay attention to each dead angle, and aim at the bottom pipe elbow to spray the air so that the material can pass through the cyclone separator, and turn off the hatch after blowing the powder and the material for 1 minute. Turn off the butterfly valve at the discharge port, remove the aggregate, pour out the powder and bag it to prevent moisture.
Clean the spray tower.
Unscrew the quick-release clamp on the official road on the right side of the aggregate, and then remove the clamp at the bottom of the spray tower, you can rotate the throttling pipe to the side, and put a large basin at the bottom of the spray tower to receive water. Turn on the atomizer and peristaltic pump, put the feed hose into the cleaning bucket to absorb water, press the start button to start peristaltic water absorption, and quickly adjust the speed to 100 after starting the spray, and spray the maximum amount of water to clean the atomizer and the internal bulkhead for 3-5min. According to the operation process, first turn off the peristaltic pump to discharge the water in the pipe, turn off the atomizer after 2 minutes, and then press the emergency stop button to shut down and turn off the air relay switch in the control cabinet. Open the hatch and connect a hose to rinse the unclean part of the inner bulkhead, taking care not to flush the water into the hole on the side of the atomizer on the top (to prevent water from backing up into the heater), and rinse the inner wall thoroughly.
