According to Yunda's announcement, during the Spring Festival, Yunda's entire network will operate normally, except for some areas (some areas are: **Xinjiang, some county-level cities in Sichuan, Yunnan, and some counties and cities in Qinghai) cannot receive and mail, and other areas are operating normally. During the Spring Festival, the transit time of express mail is longer than usual, the time limit of express service in the province is extended by 2-3 days compared with usual, and the inter-provincial express is extended by 4-5 days compared with usual. Since February 11, Yunda network has fully returned to normal.
Previously, Shentong announced that during the Spring Festival mode (February 7 to February 12), Shentong Express will continue to provide services nationwide, with normal operation of transfer centers, transport vehicles, and service outlets, and 24-hour support systems such as customer service to provide uninterrupted express delivery services for merchant users.
Lin Hu, head of the Market Supervision Department of the State Post Bureau, said at a recent press conference of the State Council Information Office that during the Spring Festival holiday, due to a large number of people returning to their hometowns for the New Year and traveling, the public's demand for mail services will be significantly reduced, and the business volume is also in an off-season. After the Spring Festival holiday, the demand for delivery services will recover rapidly, and the business volume will gradually return to daily levels. During the Spring Festival, the State Post Bureau will guide express delivery companies to scientifically change the demand for delivery business during the Spring Festival, ensure that the basic service capacity is maintained during the Spring Festival, and reasonable production and operation are arranged.
