The key protection areas of the airport clearance protection zone are 10 kilometers on each side of the runway centerline and 20 kilometers at each end of the runway. Congtai District Scope:Longhu Park, Congtai Park, Workers' Theater. Fuxing Area Scope:Zhaoyuan Park, Zhaowangcheng Ruins Park. Scope of South Hebei New Area:Matou Town (whole area); Taicheng Township (whole area); Huaguanying Township (whole area); Nancheng Township (whole area).
Why does it affect flight safety

Penalties for non-compliance
In accordance with the "Regulations on the Administration of Civil Airports", "Hebei Province Civil Airport Clearance and Electromagnetic Environmental Protection Measures" and other relevant provisions, it is forbidden to fly Kong Ming lanterns, kites and other lift-off objects in the airport clearance protection area, and if the circumstances are serious, a fine of between 20,000 yuan and 100,000 yuan shall be imposed. "The Lantern Festival is a day of reunion and blessing, and wishes can not be realized by putting a lamp, for the safety of you, your relatives and friends, you must refuse to set off Kong Ming lanterns, and do not let the joy leave hidden dangers."
