Jinzhou Dragon Dance has a history of more than 140 years, originated in the ancient city of Jinzhou Ximenwai Village (now Dalian Jinpu New District Friendship Street Horticultural Village), ancient known as Ximen Wai Dragon Dance, Dragon Lantern Dance, also known as horticultural Dragon Dance, in 2008 included in the list of national intangible cultural heritage items, is a folk dance form with the characteristics of marine culture in southern Liaoning, is the only dragon dance intangible cultural heritage project in Northeast China. The Golden State Dragon Dance has been passed down for 10 generations and has more than 100 people, of which the youngest inheritor is 6 years old and the oldest is 70 years old.

In the performance, eighteen kinds of weapons such as spears and broadswords are used to show the power of "martial arts", and the identities and personalities of the characters in the story are reflected by facial makeup, and the costumes mainly include battle skirts, fast boots, flower helmets, and flags. When the farmers on weekdays put on good makeup and costumes, they instantly turned into heroes in the play, inheriting the intangible cultural heritage project of Benxi Shehuo.
