From February 10 to February 24, 2024, enterprises (excluding state-owned and state-controlled enterprises) in Binjiang District who rent (including co-renting) buses across provinces to organize non-Hangzhou household registration employees to return to work and meet the subsidy conditions will be subsidized at 50% of the chartered bus fee, with a maximum of 200,000 yuan per enterprise. There are no less than 20 employees in each vehicle.
Declaration time:
February 26 to March 31, 2024. Late applications will not be accepted.
Application materials:
1) Car rental contract (the contract should indicate the chartered unit, the number of vehicles, the date of departure, the place of departure, the place of arrival and other information);
2) Car rental invoices;
3) Shared lease agreement or description of the situation (if it is not necessary, if multiple enterprises jointly charter a car, it is also necessary to provide the vehicle lease agreement or relevant instructions signed and stamped by each enterprise).
How to declare:
Through the official website of the Hangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the "Hangzhou Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Hall" (to the street to which the tax registration belongs. If a number of enterprises jointly charter a bus, it shall be declared to the street where the taxpayer of the enterprise with the largest number of people is located.

Subsidy conditions and standards:
If the number of manufacturing enterprises above designated size in Binjiang District (excluding state-owned and state-controlled enterprises) participating in social insurance contributions at the end of the first quarter of 2024 increases compared with the end of 2023, a subsidy of 1,000 yuan will be given for each net increase in 1 person, with a maximum of 300,000 yuan per enterprise.

May 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024. Late applications will not be accepted.
