Recently,Arcadis Arcadis was selected by the New York City Economic Development Authority as the lead consultant for the Future Fifth Avenue replanning project, responsible for the delivery of the permanent replanning of New York's iconic Fifth Avenue corridor (between New York** Park and Bryant Park). Arcadis ArcadisWill lead a team of consultants on a pedestrian-centric reprogramming of New York City's iconic Fifth Avenue corridor.

As the Principal Consultant for Project ManagementArcadis ArcadisWill lead a core team of three engineering, planning and design firms (Sam Schwartz, Field Operations and Public Works Partners). As the main person in charge,Arcadis ArcadisResponsible for re-imagining the overall delivery of the plan, which aims to integrate Fifth Avenue with the surrounding urban context, enhance connectivity, and balance the iconic unique identity of Fifth Avenue with active planning, passive space, and transportation needs. Arcadis is also the architect of more than 20 shops on this famous avenue.

Arcadis ArcadisThe team will also be responsible for leading the community and stakeholder engagement process that will inform the development of integrated planning and design and make Fifth Avenue's world-class public space more attractive to residents, commuters, and visitors.

CapitaMall Trust's integrated development in Funan, Singapore, is a retail, office and service-oriented residential development that aims to appeal to digitally savvy consumers while providing a sustainable and creative environment. This mixed-use development requires a high degree of coordination to manage the cost drivers and contractual aspects. To ensure the efficiency and effective communication of the project team, dynamic workflows must be employed.

The project was formerly a 31-year-old shopping mall, and the renovation of the project was through a combinationBuilding Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design-Build (VDC) technologiesFinished. At the beginning of the project,Arcadis ArcadisA rigorous change control process was implemented, and a contract procurement methodology and various contract packages were developed to meet the unique requirements of the project. In order to provide effective cost estimates, we worked with a number of consultants on technical parameters and benchmarked the costs of similar projects.
