The cleaning principle of stainless steel bag filter is a multi-step process that involves a combination of physical and chemical reactions. First, a pre-collector is encountered when flue gases containing dust and impurities pass through the collector inlet. The function of the pre-dust collector is to remove large particles of dust and reduce their wear on subsequent bags. Next, the pre-treated flue gas enters the main chamber of the baghouse, where the gas passes through the bag's filter layer. Since the bag is made of stainless steel, it has excellent corrosion resistance and strength, so it is able to effectively capture fine dust particles. 
During the filtration process, dust particles gradually accumulate on the surface of the bag to form a dust layer. This layer of dust, known as the "filter cake" or "filter bed", has a higher filtration efficiency and is able to further remove the fine particles from the flue gas. Over time, the thickness of the filter cake increases, resulting in a decrease in the air permeability of the bag, which in turn affects the performance of the dust collector. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the cloth bag regularly. 
Ash cleaning is achieved by means of rapping or back-blowing airflow. The rapping device will periodically vibrate the bag to cause the cake to fall off the bag. The reverse air flow is to blow a reverse air flow into the bag, which loosens the filter cake and eventually falls off. The detached dust particles will fall into the ash hopper at the bottom of the dust collector and be discharged through the ash discharge device. It is worth noting that the cleaning effect of the stainless steel bag filter is affected by a variety of factors, such as the temperature, humidity, pressure and flow rate of the flue gas. Therefore, in practical applications, it is necessary to adjust the cleaning method and parameters according to the specific situation to obtain the best dust removal effect. At the same time, in order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the dust collector, it is necessary to regularly inspect and maintain key components such as bags, ash hoppers and rapping devices.
