The Warriors beat the Hornets 97-84 at home to snap a three-game winning streak.
The two teams got off to a poor start, with the Hornets scoring a pointless in the final three minutes and 50 seconds before Klay Thompson hit back-to-back three-pointers to give the Warriors a 22-15 lead in the first quarter. Curry's mid-range shot and three-pointer helped the Warriors extend their lead in the second quarter, and Podzemski hit a three-pointer in the final 31 seconds, and he also drew three offensive fouls in the half. The Warriors led 43-29 at the first half. Both teams were extremely inefficient in their offense at halftime: the Warriors shot 38 percent from the field, while the Hornets shot just 256%, in addition to the combined 25 turnovers of both teams.
Podzemski came up in the third quarter and scored back-to-back breakaways, Wiggins and Curry hit two three-pointers, and the Warriors quickly led to 20 points. In the fourth quarter, Brandon Miller hit a three-pointer in a row, and Thompson made a layup and a three-pointer from distance, and the Warriors continued to maintain a nearly 20-point advantage and finally easily defeated their opponents.

Thompson 13 points, Payton Jr. 12 points, Podzemski 13 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists, Green 5 points, 13 rebounds and 2 blocks, Wiggins 14 points, Kuminga 2-of-8 got 6 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists, 2 steals and 3 blocks.
The Hornets shot just 37 percent from the field, shot 11-of-37 from three-point range and had 18 turnovers. Myles Bridges had 19 points and 11 rebounds, Richards had 11 points and 13 rebounds, and Miller had 11 points, five assists and four steals on 4-of-14 shooting. Tre Mann, Grant Williams and Micic each scored 10 points.
