MNG Kargo complements DHL Group's European e-commerce parcel network
BONN, Istanbul – DHL Group has completed the delivery of parcels to Turkey company Mng Kargo Yurti i ve Yurtd ta Mac L K Aof acquisitions. (Mng Kargo) and its subsidiaries. After receiving the necessary regulatory approvals from the Turkish Competition Authority as well as the Turkish Information and Communication Technology Authority, the transaction has been completed and Mng Kargo, one of Turkey's leading parcel delivery companies, is now officially part of the DHL family. The integration of MNG Kargo will be managed by DHL Ecommerce, DHL Group's e-commerce logistics specialist.

The acquisition will enable DHL Group's customers to benefit from unique logistics services within Turkey, as well as cross-border logistics services through partnerships with existing DHL divisions in Turkey.
For DHL eCommerce, the newly acquired parcel network, with 27 mid-mile sorting centers and more than 800 last-mile branches in all relevant cities in Turkey, is a perfect complement to the European parcel delivery network and therefore becomes part of this business unit. Driven primarily by a young, energetic population with a high love for digital communications, Turkey's e-commerce market is expected to see double-digit growth in the coming years – significantly higher than the EU market. By combining DHL Ecommerce's network and digital expertise with MNG Cargo's local presence, DHL Group will be well-positioned to benefit from the huge growth potential of the Turkish market.
