During the Spring Festival in 2024, Xiahai Temple and Sanguantang in this district will be open to the public normally. The time periods for pilgrimage and blessing are as follows:
Xiahai Temple:Open at 23:30 on February 9 (Chinese New Year's Eve) to 16:30 on February 10 (the first day of the new year); Open daily from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. from February 11 to 13 (Lunar New Year); It will be open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on February 14.
Sanguantang:February 9 (Chinese New Year's Eve) 22:30 - February 10 (New Year's Day) 2:30 p.m., closing for 3 hours, 5:30-16:00; Open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. from February 11 to 13 (Lunar New Year's Day); Open from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on February 14.

Temporary on-road parking spaces:
1. On the north and south sides of Tangshan Road (Fair-Dantu), about 40 (temporarily added);
2. On the north and south sides of Tangshan Road (Dantu-Gaoyang), about 40 (temporarily added);
3. West side of Dantu Road (Tangshan-East Changzhi), about 20 (temporarily added);
4. On the east side of Zhoushan Road (Tangshan Road-East Yuhang Road), about 20 (original);
5. On the east side of Anguo Road (Kunming-East Yuhang), about 30 (original).
6. On the south side of Kunming Road (Zhoushan-Baoding), about 80 (original).
Note: It is recommended to give priority to stopping at Tangshan Road (Fair-Dantu), and then to Tangshan Road (Dantu-Gaoyang) after the parking is saturated.
Commercial Parking:
1. Raffles City, about 500 parking spaces (open 24 hours);

Note: It is recommended to give priority to parking in Pingxi Commercial Plaza and Hualian Jimaisheng parking lot, and after the parking is saturated, then go to the relocation base parking lot at Wan'an Wanshou intersection.
