In 2023,,, I would like to briefly report on my performance of duties and responsibilities as follows:
1. Strengthen ideals and beliefs and build a solid political foundation.
1) Improve political standing.
2) Build a strong team of party members.
3) Adhere to democratic centralism.
2. Temper work skills and improve the ability to perform duties.
1) Enhance learning ability.
2) Adapt to production and operation.
3) Strict self-discipline and self-examination.
3. Strict discipline and rules, and be a good "supervisor".
We should always put discipline and rules at the forefront of the building of the party's work style and clean government, earnestly fulfill our political responsibilities, and take the lead in rectifying corruption and work style problems.

Looking back on the work of the past year, I have fulfilled the main responsibility of building a clean and honest government, but there is still a certain gap between the requirements of the higher authorities and the expectations of the masses.
