Since Jurgen Klopp announced his shocking decision to leave at the end of the season, Liverpool's first game has been business as usual.

On Sunday, Liverpool progressed to the fifth round of the FA Cup with a 5-2 win over second division Norwich.

How Klopp would like to lead Liverpool to win more trophies this year and end his trophy reign with victory. The victory at Anfield has allowed his side to continue their four-pronged pursuit of trophies and have already secured a place in the Carabao Cup final this week.

Liverpool are also at the top of the Premier League and have reached the knockout stages of the Europa League.

Fans expressed their gratitude to Jurgen Klopp ahead of kick-off, with the usual "you'll never be alone" performance more exciting than usual.

Jurgen Klopp smiled as he drank in the atmosphere, but if there were concerns that the announcement of his departure would diminish his team's advantage, there was little sign in the win over Norwich.

It's great that the fans have shown me their love and we need the atmosphere on the pitch," Klopp said. 'We need the audience to stop thinking about the manager. We need to forget that for a moment and attack every opponent like crazy and that's what we want to do and the next chance is on Wednesday [against Chelsea in the league]. ”

Curtis Jones opened the scoring in the 16th minute and although Ben Gibson equalised for the visitors six minutes later, Darwin Nunez restored Liverpool's dominance.

His 28th-minute goal gave Liverpool the lead at half-time, with goals from Diogo Jota in the 53rd minute and Virgil van Dijk in the 63rd minute putting the hosts in control.

Borja Sainz's stunning 69th-minute goal made it 4-2, but Jurgen Klopp's day was in little danger of being ruined, with Ryan Gravenberch netting the net in the fifth minute of stoppage time.

Liverpool will play Watford or Southampton in the next round.
