I believe that everyone will have a moment of confusion, a sense of powerlessness that cannot see the direction clearly in the fog, and a sense of chaos that cuts and tires and messes.

Why do people get confused? In fact, many times, it comes from the fact that we don't know ourselves, let alone the world.

To understand yourself, you must recognize that everyone exists in two worlds. Of course, it is not the Yin and Yang realms, nor the Chu River and Han realms, but our own inner and outer worlds. We live in both an objective world and an inner world. These two worlds interfere with each other but are very different and connected by our cognition and practice.

Our inner world is often accumulated by our daily experiences and can be arranged according to our will, but the external world is alive, made up of changing realities, which do not change with our will and operate naturally.

If we fail to correctly recognize these two worlds, we are likely to fall into a purely inner world or an external world, and fail to see the contradiction between these two worlds. For example, when facing difficulties, many people are easy to simply ask the external world to change according to their inner needs, but they cannot understand things from an objective point of view, and adopt immature coping methods, resulting in inability to adapt to the external environment well, react to their inner world, and produce confusion and irritability from the depths of their hearts, and even doubt their own survival value, and begin to shake their inherent beliefs, which is also one of the important reasons for all kinds of psychological problems.

The real objective world is varied, conflicted, full of contradictions, it provides us with countless information resources, but also makes our internal world more fulfilling, at the same time, the real world pressure, illusions and unpredictable various states of affairs, are also constantly attacking us. This duality allows us to both absorb nutrients from the external world and be attacked, because our inner world and the external world are not separated, but interact.

Many times our assumptions, expectations and wishes are beautiful and ideal, but sometimes the objective world will make us find that there is a huge gap between ideals and reality. This is because we continue to accumulate experience in life, thus forming a so-called experience system in our inner world, which has a certain gap with the objective world, but can in turn affect people's understanding of the external world, attitudes towards things, decision-making and behavior. Therefore, the two worlds of human beings are interactive and different from each other.

With this clearly recognized, how do we get out of the problems that trap us?You must know that we exist freely in these two worlds, so we have a choice, we can choose to adapt positively, not passively, and furthermore, we can decide what our state of mind is, and a good state of mind is the best Feng Shui, which can better help us get out of trouble.

Although we cannot directly change the things of the objective world, we can be aware of the problems that exist in our inner world.

Once people can straighten out their inner emotions, adjust their mentality to deal with them positively, and slowly act on the objective world in which they exist, then they will get the key to open the door to a new world, and their weak hearts will become stronger, and life will naturally become more comfortable, more fulfilling and satisfying.
