On December 2, 2023, the theme and main logo of the "2024 ** Radio and Television Spring Festival Gala" were released, with the theme of "Longxing and Xinxin Family". The 2024 Spring Festival Gala of the main station will use the word "龘" as the title, and vividly depict the energetic and high-spirited spiritual outlook of 1.4 billion Chinese sons and daughters with the posture of "龘龘".

龙行龘龘 (lóng xíng dá dá) is an ancient Chinese text, from the 8th character of the 23rd dragon part of the four library books "Jade Chapter", and the text is interpreted as the appearance of a group of dragons soaring, high-spirited and enthusiastic.

前程朤朤 (qián chéng lǎng lǎng), describes the realm of a bright and unlimited future.

Life (shēng huó yè yè) is the hope that our common life will be better.

The dragon is an important totem and a significant symbol in Chinese culture, and is known as the "Four Divine Beasts" along with the White Tiger, Vermilion Bird, and Xuanwu. The Oriental Dragon is regarded as an auspicious beast and is translated into English as loong.

In 2005, UNESCO adopted the Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions, by an overwhelming majority, which affirms an important principle: the right of States to maintain, adopt and implement policies and measures on their territory as they deem appropriate to protect and promote the diversity of cultural expressions. In his later years, Professor Fei Xiaotong actively advocated that Chinese people, especially intellectuals, should raise their awareness of culture. Loong is Loong, Dragon is Dragon, and the world's cultures are diverse.

The most appropriate interpretation of "loong" is "Chinese seraphim". In Western culture, the closest thing to the Chinese concept of "dragon" is "seraphim" (seraphim), which is not only highly consistent with the status, role and significance of the Chinese dragon in Western mythological religion, but also in ancient Hebrew, the etymological meaning of "seraphim" is the same as one of the main origins of the Chinese dragon.
