1. Actively respond, consolidate responsibilities, and quickly start emergency plans. On the evening of February 2, Chen Lijun, secretary of the general branch and captain of the brigade, held an emergency meeting according to the risk monitoring and early warning of rain, snow and freezing weather, quickly activated the emergency plan, strictly implemented the 24-hour emergency duty and leadership system, and improved the emergency response and disposal capacity in accordance with the principle of "block-based, zonal responsibility, and responsibility to the person". After the deployment of the meeting, the main leaders led the relevant personnel to rush to the Hu Nationality Overrun Station and Liji Traffic Public Security Checkpoint overnight to inspect the safety work such as road surface protection and smoothness.
2. Garrison card points, focus on ensuring smoothness, and do a solid job in law enforcement services for the Spring Festival. On the morning of February 3, 20 law enforcement officers braved the wind and snow and cold to arrive at their posts on time, and worked closely with the public security, urban management and other units to devote themselves to the work of dredging and blocking, taking the initiative to remove snow and ice on the road, and helping electric tricycles and pedestrians cross the road safely. In order to ensure the continuous improvement of road traffic efficiency, the law enforcement officers of each checkpoint eat at the post at noon and night, ensure smooth flow while eating, and provide enthusiastic services to the passing masses anytime and anywhere. 3. Relying on the site, strengthen inspections and provide warm-hearted services for drivers and passengers. Use forklifts to remove snow and ice on the roads along the Hu overrun station and Liji traffic public security traffic checkpoint in a timely manner. Relying on the site to strengthen the inspection of the surrounding roads, in curves, ramps, bridges and other road sections, through the law enforcement vehicle warning lights, loudspeakers and other methods, remind drivers to slow down, keep the distance between vehicles, prevent road traffic safety accidents and long-term traffic congestion, and ensure the smooth flow of highways to the greatest extent. On the morning of February 3, a truck accidentally had a traffic accident in the station area due to slippery roads, and the traffic light was damaged. At the same time, give full play to the role of the "driver's home" service driver, provide instant noodles, hot water and other daily necessities to the drivers of passing trucks and stranded drivers, send them warm services in the wind and snow, escort the safe travel of the people, and let the drivers and passengers truly feel the warmth of the way home.
Up to now, a total of 130 law enforcement officers, 27 law enforcement vehicles, 2 wrecker removal equipment, 1,560 guided vehicles have been dispatched, 1 traffic accident has been quickly handled, and 2 trapped drivers have been helped.
