In the past few days, some citizens have reported to News 110** that many buses in the urban area do not have heaters on, and they feel cold when they sit in the bus. On February 2, the reporter visited some bus lines in our city.
During the morning rush hour of the same day, the reporter took bus No. 3 from the bus station at the north exit of Diamond South Road to Hongqi Building. Passengers wear down jackets, hats, and gloves. "It's very cold outside now, and when I wait for the bus, my hands and feet are cold, and as a result, there is no warm air when I get on the bus, and I freeze all the way from home to work. Ms. Zhang, who takes bus No. 3 to work every day, said.
After that, the reporter took the No. 2 bus from the Hongqilou bus station to Tuergou Front Street, and the warm air was not turned on in the car. Mr. Li's family lives near the Hongqi Building, and his place of work is near the Yudai Bridge, and he needs to take the No. 2 bus to and from every day. "In the past two days, I have caught up with the cooling, and after a day of working in the office, I feel cold when I come out. I wanted to sit on the bus and warm up, but the bus didn't turn on the heater. Mr. Li said.
Subsequently, the reporter took buses No. 6, 33, 4, 36 and other routes, and found that none of these buses had heaters. One passenger said that he hoped that the bus could turn on the warm air and give the public a comfortable riding environment.
In response to the problems reported by the citizens, the reporter interviewed the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Public Transport Corporation. The person in charge said that the current bus group operates about 410 buses every day, of which 46 pure natural gas and 197 hybrid vehicles are currently guaranteed to be warmed open, but on the first trip in the morning, due to the low engine temperature, the heating effect is not ideal. In addition, some hydrogen fuel vehicles cannot be opened at a higher gear throughout the day due to the fact that the fuel cannot be guaranteed to be normal every day**, in order to ensure the mileage of the vehicle and ensure the travel of the public.
