Replacing the "reality" of grasping work and implementation with the "form" of holding a meeting and speaking big words is the direct cause of the problems of meeting mountains and seas and meeting styles of writing, and is also a typical problem of formalism and bureaucracy. One-sided display of attention and work attitude through meetings, blindly expanding the scope and frequency, and ignoring the actual effect of meetings, resulting in the continuous expansion of the number and scale of meetings, forming a vicious circle, and delaying the problem of "accompanying meetings" for a long time.
To solve the problem of "accompanying the meeting," we must start by effectively changing the style of work. It is necessary to further advocate the concept of pragmatic and efficient work, reduce redundant and ineffective meetings, advocate seeking truth from facts, advocating hard work, and let staff at all levels have more time and energy to solve practical problems and better serve the masses.
