Only one system can achieve full coverage of all key production parameters in the whole process of hot-rolled strip production, which is the first in the country and is at the leading level in the industry.
CSP hot-rolled strip production line is composed of casting machine, heating furnace, rolling mill, laminar flow cooling system, crimping and other processes, which require fine control to ensure that the product has excellent surface quality, shape and dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties, so as to meet customer requirements and market demand. In recent years, with the wide application of automatic control technology, the hot rolling production line has become more and more accurate in controlling the shape quality of strip products. The CSP production line of the sheet mill has been in operation for more than 20 years, and continuous innovation is the secret to the vitality of this "old production line". Since it was put into operation, the production line has adopted an independent information system for each process for the production management of hot-rolled strip, forming an information "island" that plays its own role.
In 2023, the sheet mill will organize technical personnel to independently develop a whole-process evaluation system for hot-rolled strips. The system is based on the original multiple information systems of each process, adding servers, and independent programming design. After the system is put into use, it automatically summarizes tens of thousands of production data covering output, fuel consumption, temperature control of each process, and quality parameters such as section dimensional accuracy, wedge, plate shape, flatness, etc., and generates more than 20 core data in real time. In particular, the production efficiency and product quality of each steel plate after rolling are scored, and the evaluation results are generated and sorted in real time. Is the product a "good piece of steel"? What process details still need to be optimized and adjusted in the next step? The employees of the post are clear at a glance and can quickly draw conclusions.
