1. Scope of assessment
This evaluation involves 30 common mineral water brands in the market, including well-known domestic brands and international well-known brands. These brands come from different origins and cover different types such as natural mineral water, purified water, carbonated drinks, etc.
2. Evaluation indicators
1.Taste: Taste is one of the important factors for consumers to choose mineral water. This evaluation evaluates the taste, smell, and aftertaste of mineral water.
2.Nutrients: The minerals and trace elements contained in mineral water are important indicators to evaluate its quality. This evaluation tested and evaluated the common minerals such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, and selenium contained in mineral water.
3.Hygienic indicators: The hygienic indicators of mineral water are an important basis for evaluating its safety. In this evaluation, the total number of colonies, coliform bacteria, nitrite and other hygienic indicators of mineral water were detected and evaluated.

3. Assessment methods
1.Data collected: Data on 30 mineral water brands were collected through market research and laboratory testing.
2.Data processing: classify and statistically analyze the collected data, and calculate the mean and standard deviation of each index.
3.Comprehensive evaluation: According to the weight and scoring criteria of each index, each mineral water brand is comprehensively evaluated to obtain the final ranking result.
