At 23:58 on the evening of February 7, Sinopec Sales Hubei Xiaogan Petroleum Branch received a notice from superiors that more than 30 forklifts removing snow on the Xiaohanying Expressway needed to urgently distribute oil products. The unit responded immediately and rushed to the scene. At 1:30 a.m. on February 8, a diesel tanker truck loaded with 800 liters entered the Xiaohanying Expressway along the road to fill the forklift. At 4:30 a.m., the tanker truck finished filling more than 20 oil-cut forklifts.
It turned out that freezing snow has fallen in Xiaogan, Hubei Province in recent days, resulting in the inability of traffic to pass normally. More than 30 snow removal forklifts worked hard day after day to rush through the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway section, and then rushed to the Xiaohanying Expressway to continue the continuous construction, resulting in the suspension of some construction vehicles, affecting the progress of the high-speed section, and the need for emergency distribution of oil products.
