It is understood that in this operation, with 815 Road, Donghu Road, Xiawei Street, Huancheng Road and other sections as key areas, a 24-hour three-shift duty system was adopted, and law enforcement forces were concentrated on the "stubborn diseases" such as the East Lake Farmers' Market, Hefeng Market, Fuhai Market, Dongsheng Commercial City, Juchi Commercial Building, Xiawei Street, Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Times Department Store and other areas, and the "stubborn diseases" such as street occupation and operation of shops and mobile vendors in the area of traditional Chinese medicine hospital, miscellaneous piles, and sewage dumping, and made every effort to guard the "vegetable basket" of the masses.

At the rectification site, law enforcement officers conducted on-site law popularization on the illegal occupation of roads by merchants operating out of stores, informed them of the harmfulness of illegal road occupation, and issued a notice of correction on the spot for merchants who have been operating in violation of regulations for a long time and have been repeatedly persuaded to do so, urging merchants to implement rectification and operate in an orderly manner.
It is reported that since the launch of the rectification action, a total of more than 500 law enforcement officers have been dispatched, more than 20 joint law enforcement activities have been carried out and participated, 22 rectification notices have been issued to merchants operating out of stores, dumping sewage, piling up sundries, etc., 10 cases have been filed, and more than 480 out-of-store stores and more than 1,220 mobile stalls have been rectified around the market.
