There has been a shocking scandal in Ukraine in recent days - in an arms deal involving 1.5 billion hryvnia, only one shell actually went to the army! This case is not only a staggering amount, but also involves a series of ** of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Could it be that behind the flames of war, there are still such moths hidden?

The protagonists of this corruption case were a group of ** of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the management of the Lviv Arsenal Corporation. They joined forces to sign a contract for the purchase of huge shells, however, after receiving the payment, these "pillars of the state" played disappearance and fraud. Much of the money was mysteriously transferred abroad, while the artillery shells that were supposed to arm Ukrainian fighters were delayed in showing up.

According to the Ukrainian *** Bureau, the main suspects involved in the case include the former director of the Ministry of Defense, the current director, and the CEO of the Lviv Arsenal Corporation. In the contract, they agreed to purchase 100,000 mortar shells, but in reality only one shell was delivered. Such behavior not only seriously damages Ukraine's national interests, but also greatly betrays the Ukrainian soldiers who are fighting bloodily on the front line.

How did these ** carry out this earth-shattering fraud in plain sight? It turned out that after receiving money from the Ministry of Defense, they transferred the funds abroad through a series of complex financial operations. Among them, an important role was played by a foreign commercial company, which was supposed to deliver ** ammunition to Ukraine, but in the end did not fulfill any delivery obligations.

During the investigation, the Ukrainian Agency found that the transferred funds ended up in an affiliated company in the Balkans. This company is inextricably linked with the ** people involved in the case, and it is likely that it is a "money laundering" tool set up by them in order to evade legal sanctions.

In this case, the most shocking thing is the huge amount of money involved and the high level of the people involved. 1.5 billion hryvnia is not a small amount for any country, let alone in war-torn Ukraine. These ** people use their power and position to carry out such large-scale corruption, which is undoubtedly a great betrayal of the country and the people.

This case is not the first time that a corruption scandal has erupted in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. In December last year, a senior ** was detained on suspicion of 1.5 billion hryvnia in another contract for the purchase of artillery shells. These successive scandals have raised serious questions about the integrity and efficiency of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.
