HS-PEG-RB, mercaptopolyethylene glycol rhodamine B, a bifunctional fluorescent dye, is widely used in fluorescent labeling and bioimaging studies. Its structure consists of two parts, one is a sulfhydryl group (HS) and the other is a rhodamine B fluorescent dye.
