The following describes how to create a worklist in ISLM.
Upload the file
ClickAdd to profilebutton to upload the required file. The project to which the file is uploaded will be selected in the Model Settings section of the Create page in System Settings > Analysis Process according to the selected analysis process. It is also important to note that the supported formats for file uploads will also follow the rules defined in Custom FilesIf the user uploads the corresponding data file in the form of a custom file, it can be analyzed immediately after the upload is completed.

3dView the platform
When the file is uploaded, clickNext, will enter3dView the platformPicture. You can see the model on this screen, and you can also use the function list above to set various information for gates, runners, and cooling channels. If the user has uploaded the runners and waterways by themselves, they cannot be edited or deleted. In addition, because the physical waterway may have a special-shaped waterway, the self-uploaded waterway does not display the arrows of the water inlet and outlet.

region zoom
Click this button to select the magnified area you want to zoom in, and when you release the button, the magnified area will be displayed.
customize center
Click this button and set a center point on the screen to move based on the center point when you rotate the object.

Click this button to automatically zoom the object to the initial magnification (size) of the loading screen.
change background color
Click this button to toggle the background color, toggle:White, gradient blueTwo colors.
set model gates
Click this button to display the Gate Wizard Selection List, select a gate type, and set the gate location on the object.
Note: If you have uploaded the runner by yourself, this button has no effect.
set runner
Click this button to set the runner.
Note
At least one gate must be established to set up a runner.

set cooling channel
Click this button to set the cooling channel.
Note
At least one gate must be established before the cooling channel can be installed.
: If you have uploaded the runner by yourself, this button has no effect.
modify node seeding
Click this button to set the grid size, and the default number is the original oneSystem settingsAnalyze the processCreateIf you want to reset the number, enter the value and click Apply to send the change.
Note
Grid dimensions can only be positive within two decimal places, and the maximum value cannot exceed 10
If the value entered by the user does not meet the rules, the following will appear: 0-10 ( supported two decimal points), andapplykeys don't work.
parting direction
Click this button to set the parting surface. It is important to note that this button will only appear if the user uploads the physical runner themselves. The apply key only works when the system detects an abnormality.
Note: When clicked, a preset parting direction will appear.

Click this button to proceed to the next step.
Establish a gate
In the 3D Viewport, the steps to create a gate are:
1.Click on the toolbar aboveset model gateto select the desired gate type from the gate wizard's selection list.
2.When you select the gate type, the right side will also appeargate wizardPanel; Also available below the panelguideinformation, clickmorebutton to display the full gate description.
3.Select the appropriate position on the object and click it, and the gate is set.
4.When you're done, the Gate Wizard panel will becomepin gatepanel, set gate information, and then click itokto set the next gate. Note that if you click the next button of the window while the panel is still open, a blocking message will appear: ".please close the setting panel before click next button
Note: Before a complete gate is established, the user can interrupt the establishment in the following ways:
Click the Close button at the top right of the Gate Wizard panel.
The close button on the right side of the message message.
The esc button of the keyboard.

Establish a runner
When you're done setting up the gate, click itset runnerto see that the runner is automatically generated on top of the object; It will also be turned on on the rightrunner wizardpanel, there are three pagination settings in the panel:mold settingspure settingrunner settingand click when you are doneokto close the panel.
Note
More than one gate is required before a runner can be established.
The Runner setting does not appear for the Mold Plate Type preset

1.mold setting
parting direction
This shows the runner direction, which can be selected in the drop-down menu.
mold plate type
This shows the mold layout, and you can select a two-plate or three-plate mold from the drop-down menu. It is recommended to use the default project and do not make changes at will. In addition, if it is a two-plate mold, the runner setting does not appear by default.
part plane position
This shows the height of the center point of the sprue to the part, and you can click the + - next to it to adjust the value.
2.sprue setting
sprue geometry parameters
This shows the geometric parameters of the gate, and there is a map of the gate correspondence next to it for comparison. You can click + - next to it to adjust the value.
use cold slug well
This shows whether the cold material cavity is used, if there is a check box, the geometric parameter setting of the cold material cavity must be set; If this option is not checked, it cannot be set.
scd (sprue cross distance
If it is detected when the runner is created in the mode of the two-plate moldrunner cross, a field of scd (sprue cross distance) and the corresponding graph will be added for users to adjust its length.
3.runner setting
geometry parameters
This shows the geometry parameters of the runner, including the ability to select the runner type in the drop-down menu, or to check the use of cold material wells to set its parameters. There is a corresponding diagram of the runner next to it for comparison; You can click + - next to it to adjust the value.
drop diameter
This shows the relevant geometry parameters of the vertical runner, which can be adjusted by clicking the + - next to it.
delete
This button indicates the deletion of the runner, after clicking it, a warning message box will pop up, press cancel to cancel the deletion; Press Delete to delete the runner.
default
This button deletes the original runner and creates a new set of runners according to the preset settings. After clicking, the warning message box will pop up, press cancel to cancel and return to the preset; Press reset to re-generate the runner according to the preset.
If sorunner wizardto set all the data, and then clickokAfter closing the panel, move the mouse againset runner, it will appearEditandDeleteButton.
Note
Once the runner is set, you can't click it againset model gatesNor can yougate wizardpanel.
When you have finished creating the runner, clickgate wizardThe delete button in the panel will pop up the block message boxrunner will be remove when you delete gate, are you sure?, which means that if you want to delete a gate, it will be deleted along with the runner.

1.modify
Click this button to open the Runner Wizard panel, which allows you to readjust the original runner settings.
2.delete and create new
This display deletes the original runner and re-establishes a new set of runners. When this button is clicked, a new runner will be generated and the Runner Wizard panel will open.
3.delete
Click this button to delete the runner.
Establish a cooling channel
When the runner is set up, tap itset cooling channel, the cooling channel will be automatically generated on the screen and turned on on the rightcooling channel layout wizardPanel;

channel parameters
This shows the parameters of the waterway.
d: Diameter of the cooling channel.
n: Number of waterways.
c: The distance between the center points of two waterways.
h: The distance between the center point of the waterway and the plastic part.
design guide
Click on this text column "design guide" to show the meaning of each item and the range of values to be entered, and there is a comparison chart on the right for viewing.
2.advanced setting
channel position
Clickabove the part, the waterway is displayed on the plastic part; Clickbelow the part, the waterway is displayed under the plastic part.
delete
This button means to delete the waterway, and when you click it, a warning message box will pop up, presscancelundeletion; PressdeleteDelete the waterway.
default
This button deletes the original waterway and creates a new set of waterways according to the preset settings. After clicking, the warning message box will pop up, presscancelCancel and reset the preset; PressresetRegenerate the water channel according to the preset plan.

5) parting direction

Molding conditions are set

At least one gate is established.
Users upload runner files by themselves.
The field setting rules are as follows, and if they do not meet the requirements, a red box will appear
It cannot be "0".
It cannot be a "null value".
There can be no "symbols".
It cannot be a "negative number" (a negative number is acceptable for temperature settings).
Only input digits are accepted, up to two decimal places.

Set up the interface
Select the mode you want to set, and there are optionscaemodewithInjection machine setting interface。This result affects the items that appear in the molding conditions below.
Injection machineMachine mode
Select the machine from the drop-down menu; This result affects the value that is automatically brought in later. OnlyMachine modeThis option is available.
Temperature setting
This is the temperature setting, and the items include the melting temperature and the mold temperature.
Melt temperature: This shows the melting temperature.
Mold temperature control: This displays the mold temperature.
Set the flow rate to be set in multiple segments
This is the flow rate setting, and the items include the number of segments, plunger position, speed, and pressure.
caemode
Filling time: This shows the time of filling in seconds (sec).
Number of segments: The number of segments set by this display.
Time: This display time is set in percentage (%) and there is a prompt icon next to the header to remind the user that the time parameter must be incremented and the last segment must be 100%.
Flow rate: This shows the set flow rate in percentages (%)
Machine mode
Number of segments: The number of segments set by this display.
Screw position: This display sets the plunger position in millimeters (mm).
Speed: This displays the speed of the setting, in percentages (%)
Stress: This shows the pressure set in megapascals (MPa).
vpToggle
This is the volume pressure toggle setting, and the units will vary depending on the item selected.
Filling volume: Measured in percentages (%)
Screw position: Measured in millimeters (mm).
Injection pressure: Measured in millions of pascals (MPa).
Holding pressure multi-stage setting
This is the packing pressure setting, and the items include the number of stages, time, and holding pressure.
Number of segments: This display sets the number of segments.
Time: This shows the dwell time in seconds (sec). There is a prompt icon next to the title to remind the user that the time parameter must be incremented.
Holding pressure: This shows the holding pressure.
Cooldown
This shows the cooldown time in seconds (sec).
Advanced settings(cae mode)
