The booming digital technology revolution has brought about major economic and social development in China, and has also influenced the research paradigm of social sciences, which provides a unique window of opportunity for Chinese social science research to break away from Western-centrism and achieve independence and autonomy. In other words, fully embracing the digital age to reconstruct the paradigm of social science research is an inevitable choice for the construction of China's independent discipline system. To construct China's independent academic system, it is necessary to effectively conceptualize and theorize the values, ethical principles, scientific judgments, mechanisms and methods, tools and means contained in China's development and governance practice on the basis of the historical process of Chinese-style modernization, so as to form a complete and systematic interpretation of China's development and governance. On this basis, through organized scientific research, researchers should be effectively organized to carry out scientific research on pressing issues, explore new fields, new tools, and new problems, and achieve theoretical guidance on important topics. This is the conceptual, theoretical and methodological basis of China's independent academic system, and it is also the key to the autonomy of China's independent academic system. China's independent knowledge system is contained in the human knowledge system, and it is not a self-talk. The local discourse based on China's development and governance practices needs to construct autonomy in the confrontation and collision of different ideas. On the basis of new paradigms, new concepts, new theories and new methods, the construction of China's independent knowledge system also needs a matching discourse system to carry the new narrative, so as to truly make the new knowledge a recognized content in the academic system. Correspondingly, the construction of an orderly dialogue position is also a prerequisite for establishing the autonomy of social sciences based on China's development and governance practices. At present, the discourse on China's development and governance is facing the problem of lack of subjectivity and originality. The construction of China's independent discourse system needs to focus on two aspects. First, for all mankind, optimize the expression of China's narrative, and describe China's development and governance practices, as well as related Chinese knowledge, in a way that others can understand, listen, think, and remember. On the one hand, by promoting the internationalization of Chinese journals, we can better promote the theoretical construction and academic innovation based on the local Chinese language. On the other hand, efforts should be made to enhance the international publishing capacity of China's social science research achievements, lead the construction of cross-regional academic communities, establish and improve the world-oriented theoretical and academic positions, and at the same time, absorb and learn from the social science knowledge innovation based on the experience of other countries with an equal and inclusive attitude, and its applicability to China, and its full relevance to China's independent knowledge. Relying on Chinese cases and Chinese data, improve the textbook system.
Promoting the construction of independent teaching materials is the basic work to realize the autonomy of disciplines, academics and discourse. At present, many popular textbooks carrying social science knowledge are based on Western cases and Western narratives. To construct China's independent knowledge system, we should systematically promote the construction of teaching materials with reference to organized scientific research, especially based on the extensive practice and typical cases of China's development and governance, and effectively realize the independent teaching materials supported by independent materials. Edited by Professor Jing Yuejin of Tsinghua University, Contemporary China and Politics is a typical case of China's independent textbooks. The first chapter of the textbook discusses the "political system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China", which fully highlights the leadership of the party, which is the core feature of contemporary China's politics and leadership. Specifically, there are two ways to improve the construction of China's independent textbook system. On the one hand, it is necessary to do a good job in the construction of case databases, knowledge manuals and databases, form theoretical and inspiring case databases and knowledge manuals by mining major events and typical cases in China's development and governance, and create relevant databases by collecting and sorting out various data on China's development and governance, encourage scientific research organizations to create case libraries and database brands, and mine more regional and local knowledge and data in brand competition, so as to improve the quality of cases and data. The compilation of various case collections is used as the basic material for curriculum teaching and scientific research, and provides high-quality and rich resources for the construction of China's independent textbook system. For example, the new textbook "Management of Social Organizations" for public administration in colleges and universities makes extensive use of cases of social organization management in China. On the other hand, we should promote the digitalization, virtualization and diversification of China's independent teaching materials, and adapt to and lead the innovation of teaching materials in the digital era. Fully leverage emerging technologies, through new tools such as virtual reality, multi-agent**, artificial intelligence models, etc., to realize the diversification of the presentation form of teaching materials, and at the same time, encourage competition and innovation, and help the construction of independent knowledge system through the innovation of teaching materials content and teaching materials.
Based on the dual needs of adaptation and leadership, establish and improve the whole life cycle education system.
Talent is the basic element of China's independent knowledge system. To construct China's independent knowledge system, we must adapt to the double standards of the times and lead the times, focus on promoting the construction of the talent training system and talent service system of the whole life cycle, connect talent training with the industrial chain, innovation chain and knowledge chain with systematic thinking and systematic methods, explore diversified talent training and incentive mechanisms, and optimize the talent structure and layout of knowledge innovation by reallocating existing human resources, circular development and cultivating new human resources. Promote the adaptive transformation of the talent system for the construction of an independent knowledge system.
