The heart is the world, and the quality of life depends on your own heart?
The world and all things exist because of our perceptions.
Wang Yangming said in the "Biography": "When you don't look at this flower, this flower and your heart will die together." When you came to see this flower, the color of the flower was immediately understood. Then you know that this flower is not outside your heart. This quote tells us that the world and everything are silent when we don't have the mind, and they only appear when we look and perceive. Patriarch Huineng also said: "It is neither the wind that moves, nor the flag, but the heart." This sentence tells us that all troubles and sufferings are self-inflicted, and that we should not be attached to external colors, sounds, fragrances, tastes, touches, and laws, but should return to our true nature and see our nature clearly. Taoism's "Taoism of Nature" also shares these ideas, all of which are to ask us to conform to the laws of nature and return to the original state of all things.
Our perceptions create everything, but our attachments allow them to control us. Only by letting go of attachment can we truly understand the true meaning of life. Let's experience our own lives deeply, figure out our troubles and pains, and return to our true nature and practice meditation
