Jimo lace is a kind of traditional folk yarn drawing craft that has been inherited for hundreds of years in the Jimo area of Qingdao, also known as Jimo edging set, its basic skills originate from Lu embroidery, set lock, weaving, weaving, winding, pulling, dew, inlay and other more than 20 kinds of crafts and more than 80 kinds of stitches in one, is the perfect fusion of lace weaving and hand-embroidery two traditional handicrafts, the product has won China's "Arts and Crafts Hundred Flowers Award" gold trophy.

In June 2021, as a kind of Lu embroidery, Jimo lace was announced as the fifth batch of national intangible cultural heritage representative list. It is understood that the Birmingham International Spring Consumer Goods Fair is one of the four major consumer goods exhibitions in the world, and is the most influential professional exhibition of handicrafts and consumer goods in the United Kingdom, ranking second in the global consumer goods exhibition in terms of exhibition scale and influence.
