After the Chinese New Year, many people are busy looking for jobs, and many people are also busy changing jobs, writing down their experience and experience of finding a job to share with everyone.

Let's talk about the tips for finding a job, and my thoughts start from the following three points:

Set your own position and what job you are suitable for;

Salary, ** benefits.

Positioning is to see what you can do to be competent for those jobs, if you are not clear about the position you want on the recruitment**, search to see the requirements of these companies for candidates; Then compare yourself, those who can competent, sometimes the recruiting unit writes a lot, feel incompetent, don't be afraid, boldly deliver, the premise is to highlight your own characteristics, you can deliver, don't blindly vote, you blindly vote, the recruiting unit will also blindly look.

Then there is the salary, this everyone is more concerned, your psychological expectation is 10,000 yuan, some companies are to give 5,000 yuan, if you finish the delivery, and the interview is successful, you say you go you don't go, my suggestion is lower than their psychological expectations to 1000 yuan is acceptable, and then low to resolutely refuse, I have a short work experience is like this, when the interview, I was more anxious to find a job, the salary did not meet their expectations, and then I went, the salary is a heart disease, Then I didn't stick to it for two months, and it ended hastily, remember that I didn't meet my expectations, don't go, the pain is my own, and it also causes losses to the other party.

Then we have to inquire about the benefits they can get, whether there is a normal rest time (that is, normal weekends), once looking for a job, when the personnel manager said that our company's treatment is two days off, can you accept it, at that time the eyes were shining, and the fool did not accept that. But when it comes to it, it is necessary to reflect the paper documents, if it is not written in the labor contract, it is the paper in the toilet, it is garbage, written on the paper, and the documents signed by both parties can take effect, and the details must be written clearly before entering the company. Don't think that if you ask these companies to think that you are more difficult, you are wrong, the company recruits to take a fancy to your ability, not to let you swallow your anger and swallow anything, but to create value for you, bold requirements, if the company is not good, then you will make your own judgment.

After reading that I have written so much about my experience after passing the interview, why don't I talk about the skills in the interview, I just want you to consider whether to conduct an interview after the above three points.

Let's talk about some of the lessons learned during the interview;

Before the interview, briefly introduce yourself, this needs to write a template by yourself, which includes your graduation time, as well as your own work experience, the position and role in the previous job, the direction of management, and briefly highlight your own advantages as much as possible;

The time is controlled between 2-3 minutes, not too long, many people don't know the questions in the interview, don't talk nonsense, so that others feel that you are not real, generally ask 3-5 questions in the interview, there can be 1-2 can't answer, but more, that's your own question, go back and do a good review and summary and then fight again.

If it is possible, you can make a PPT to show your advantages quickly, so that the interviewer will not ask too difficult questions, at least the impact on you will be relatively high, and then the interview said that you must be on the job, this I don't want to explain too much here why you are on the job, remember a little bit that this can increase your confidence, it's that simple, I won't delve into it here.

My advice for college graduates is to try to go to interviews as much as possible, go to the talent market, go out and have a look, don't work at home, even if you go to a restaurant to do some ordinary work;

Don't choose to lie flat, I didn't have as much experience as the current employment environment when I graduated, and I didn't have much experience to talk about it.

Some of my shallow experience above, I hope to help a little, thank you for reading; I hope to find my dream job in the next recruitment season.
