It's the end of the year again, and for many people, this point in time represents a hopeful march towards the new year, but relatively, for the person subject to execution, the end of the year is likely to be a "year pass" that they can't pass. Just a few days ago, the Shunyi District Enforcement Court in Beijing conducted a surprise night enforcement activity, which caught many old people off guard.

The first scene that the executive team rushed to was Dongyantou Village, Mulin Town, Shunyi District, Beijing. It is understood that the executors are Chen and Liu, and two years ago, the husband and wife borrowed 300,000 yuan from the applicant Xiao Li in the name of capital turnover for fire protection projects, but they have not repaid it for several years.

The door of the person subject to execution was locked, and although the judge repeatedly identified himself, the person subject to execution, Liu, refused to open the door. At the time of the stalemate, a villager claiming to be a relative of the person subject to execution approached the judge, saying that he wanted to know the situation.

In the face of the court judgment that has taken effect, the person subject to execution, Liu, answered simply and neatly, with only two words: no money. The executive judge did not procrastinate, and directly took compulsory measures against Liu, and was ready to bring him back to the court. At this time, Liu became emotional and yelled.

After several discussions, the two parties reached a settlement agreement on the execution of 370,000 yuan in installments. At the same time as the settlement agreement was reached, another judge rushed to another enforcement location, Fengbo Village, Shunyi District, to look for Liu, the person subject to enforcement.

In the next case, the person subject to enforcement, Zhang, owed more than 60,000 yuan and has not fulfilled the obligation to repay, so the judge included Zhang's case in this night execution activity.

In 2023, the Executive Bureau of the Shunyi District Court of Beijing will accept a total of 35,632 cases, with an average of more than 1,000 cases closed by each judge per year.
