After several discussions, the two parties reached a settlement agreement on the execution of 370,000 yuan in installments. At the same time as the settlement agreement was reached, another judge rushed to another enforcement location, Fengbo Village, Shunyi District, to look for Liu, the person subject to enforcement.
In the next case, the person subject to enforcement, Zhang, owed more than 60,000 yuan and has not fulfilled the obligation to repay, so the judge included Zhang's case in this night execution activity.
In 2023, the Executive Bureau of the Shunyi District Court of Beijing will accept a total of 35,632 cases, with an average of more than 1,000 cases closed by each judge per year.
