As the saying goes: "There are good wives in the family, and the husband has no misfortunes", and "the wives and husbands have few misfortunes." Meng Guang and Liang Hong respected each other like guests, leaving a good story of raising the case and raising their eyebrows. Huang Yueying and Zhuge Liang fell in love and fully supported her husband to assist Shu Han. Liang Hongyu and Han Shizhong fought side by side and were both anti-gold heroes. In ancient and modern times, at home and abroad, how many couples have worked together for a common goal, composing a harmonious song.
These successful couples seem to confirm a truth: behind every successful man, there is a "wangfu" wife.
Yue Yangzi and Zhu Maichen are just the opposite.
The Eastern Han Dynasty Le Yangzi was a scholar who studied diligently after marrying his wife. The happy wife takes care of the housework at home and wholeheartedly supports her husband in his studies and progress.
One day, on the way from school, Le Yangzi picked up a piece of gold cake that was accidentally lost by passers-by. Le Yangzi was overjoyed, saw that there was no one left and right, picked up the golden cake and put it in his arms, returned home and handed it to his mother-in-law, and told his wife to use it to improve her life. Mrs. Le looked at the heavy golden cake, and warned her husband with a happy face: "Although the concubine is dull, she also knows a little about morality. The ancients said, 'A man of great will not drink the water of a stolen spring, and a man who is incorruptible will not be eaten by a spurt.' 'If you want to take for yourself the bread of gold that someone else has lost, are you not afraid of tarnishing your own virtue?' ”
These righteous and stern words are said to be "ashamed of the sheep." He came to his senses and rushed out of the house to throw the gold cake back into place. In order to improve his moral and cultural accomplishment, Le Yangzi said goodbye to his wife and went to a distant place to study.
A year later, Le's wife was working hard in the computer room, and suddenly saw Le Yangzi rushing to push the door and go home. Surprised, she asked her husband why he had suddenly returned home. Le Yangzi held her hand affectionately and said: "After going out for more than a year, I miss my good wife, and I have no other intention to visit!" ”
Le's wife smiled and froze, suddenly withdrew her hand, grabbed a pair of scissors and walked to the loom, turned her head and persuaded her husband: "You see that this silk fabric from silkworm cocoons can only be woven into finished products on the loom." It is accumulated into an inch by filaments, and by an inch into a horse. If I cut this fabric now, I will waste my time and all my efforts. When you are studying abroad, you should have followed the teachings of Confucius to 'master some new knowledge that you did not know before' every day in order to achieve your own virtues. If you give up halfway, what is the difference between you and your concubine cutting the silk fabric in front of you? ”
Le Yangzi was moved by his wife's metaphor and immediately returned to the school to continue his studies, "so he did not return for seven years." ”
Le Yangzi studied abroad, and his wife knitted at home day and night in exchange for a meager income to serve her mother-in-law. Because of her poor life, her mother-in-law saw the neighbor's chicken strayed into her vegetable garden, and immediately salivated, killing the chicken and plucking the feathers to stew a pot of fragrant broth.
Le's wife knew that the origin of this chicken was unknown, and she "cried without eating" in the face of chicken. The mother-in-law was eating deliciously, and she felt strange when she saw this, and asked her daughter-in-law why she was crying? Le's wife sobbed and replied: "My daughter-in-law is sad that she is incompetent, which makes the family poor, and makes your old man can only eat other people's chicken." The mother-in-law was said to be red-faced, "so she abandoned it and did not eat." ”
Le Wife is not only famous, but also looks like a flower, so she is targeted by an old rascal. The old hooligan bullied the two women of the Lejia family, and broke in at night to do misdeeds. In order to make Le's wife restrained, the old hooligan first hijacked his mother-in-law with a knife.
Hearing her mother-in-law's shouting, Le's wife knew something was wrong, and rushed into her mother-in-law's bedroom desperately. The old rascal was in the middle of it, and put the tip of the knife against his mother-in-law's throat and threatened his wife: "Drop the knife in your hand and listen to me obediently!" If you dare to disobey, Lao Tzu will kill your mother-in-law first! ”
Le Wife is in a dilemma, and she is powerless to return to the sky, "looking up to the sky and sighing." In order to save her name and her mother-in-law's life, she resolutely "raised a knife and slashed her neck." The old rascal was frightened by her fierceness, and fled with the hostages. After his mother-in-law reported the crime, Taishou ordered to "hunt down the thieves." After the old hooligan was executed, Le's wife was "buried with a ceremony on behalf of the government, called 'Zhenyi'".
Zhu Maichen of the Western Han Dynasty was "poor and good at studying", and after marriage, he made a living by chopping wood. He has high ambitions and is convinced that he will get ahead. Therefore, he often carried firewood on his shoulders and recited books in his mouth. A woodcutter carrying firewood to recite a book is inevitably a little nondescript and ridiculed by passers-by.
Zhu's wife has been following her husband up the mountain to chop firewood and do what she can. On the way down the mountain with her husband for more than ten years, she couldn't bear the ridicule of passers-by and stopped her husband from reciting poems and books on the road many times. Zhu Maichen didn't think so, but sang all the way in the bright light. Zhu's wife couldn't bear it anymore and asked her husband to write a letter of divorce for divorce.
Zhu Maichen disagreed, and persuaded her to endure it for a few more years, and she would definitely become a noblewoman. Zhu's wife was full of grievances and angrily reprimanded him: "A person like you must be a starving ghost in the end!" Where do the good days come from? Zhu Maichen repeatedly persuaded that Zhu's wife was determined to cut it in two. Zhu Maichen had no choice but to write a letter of resignation, and the husband and wife broke up.
After Zhu's wife remarried, she lived a down-to-earth life. Zhu Maichen is still the same, "in the singing alone." When Zhu's wife and her husband went to the grave on the Qingming Festival, they saw Zhu Maichen carrying a heavy load of firewood to rest in the cemetery, hungry and cold, and embarrassed. She felt pity and explained the truth to her husband. The husband was reasonable, and after the sacrifice, he warmly invited Zhu Maichen to have a full meal with good wine and meat.
A few years later, Zhu Maichen really came to work, and was promoted to the high position of the Huiji Taishou at the speed of a rocket, and returned to his hometown proudly.
The officials of the council held a grand welcome ceremony to welcome the new Taishou to take office. Zhu's wife, together with all the neighbors, was ordered to clean up the main street. Zhu Maichen, escorted by more than 100 vehicles, raised his eyebrows and entered Huiji City.
Zhu Maichen found his ex-wife and his wife at a glance in the welcoming crowd. He immediately stopped the car and ordered his ex-wife and his son to be invited to the back car and loaded into the official residence. Regardless of his previous suspicions, he placed them nearby, ate and drank well, and offered them as a reward for their kindness in the past.
Zhu's wife was full of remorse and washed her face with tears all day long. A month later, she couldn't stand it anymore and hanged herself. Zhu Maichen gave her husband a sum of money and ordered him to bury his ex-wife properly.
Le Yangzi's name is unknown, but he has gone down in history with the reputation of a good wife.
Zhu Maichen left a name in history, but his wife was ashamed for being too short-sighted.
It can be seen that behind every successful man may not be a "wangfu" good wife, and every successful woman may not be a self-improvement man in front of him!
In the final analysis: whether you are a man or a woman, you have to rely on your own hardness!
