As of August 31, the business hall inquired many times when the daily consumption details could be given, and during the period, it complained through Wuhan Iron and Steel China Resources more than 15 times and asked the operator to record the content of the call, but no clear reason for the non-settlement and the details of the daily consumption were not obtained. Since August 31, there has been no reply except for the replacement of the gas meter on September 30 (testing has been requested).
