According to statistics, in 2023, 37 kilometers of two-lane reconstruction will be implemented in Santai County, 88 kilometers of construction mileage of hardened roads in natural villages with large populations, and 119 kilometers of smooth construction projects in withdrawn and merged villages, of which 94 kilometers of narrow roads will be widened, benefiting 13 towns and 41 villages. At the same time, relying on county-level commercial construction projects, improve the county-level and rural logistics distribution system, and achieve a village-level logistics access rate of 100%.

In 2023, Santai County will introduce the first special policy in Mianyang City to support the construction of talent teams in key industries and enterprises around the "talent into the village", and also implement preferential policies for entrepreneurial talents returning to their hometowns to start a business, adopt preferential methods such as interest-free and interest-discounted, and explore and innovate new financial products such as "Maidong Loan".
