5. Keep the floor drain of the balcony unobstructed.
The balcony floor should ensure the smooth drainage system, especially when the balcony has plants, it should be cleaned regularly to prevent the floor drain from being blocked during drainage, so as to prevent stagnant water from penetrating into the living room. If there is artificial lighting in the garden, it should also be waterproofed, especially the lamps and anti-leakage switches, so as to avoid damage caused by leakage in rainy days.

The quality of doors and windows directly determines whether the balcony can block the wind and rain, especially in the south where there is a lot of rain, the typhoon comes to the heavy rain, the sealing of the window is not good, and it is easy to form a situation where it rains heavily outside and leaks light rain inside, so the balcony waterproofing must pay attention to the quality of balcony doors and windows.
