Explore the wonderful world of science and embark on a whole new adventure! We are honored to invite you to take part in an innovative journey of future-leading research projects, the Portable Plant and Water Sampling Device (PPSWD). Working with leading researchers at the University of London and Stanford University is not only a clash of knowledge, but also a great opportunity to contribute to solving global environmental problems. Let's meet the challenge and create the future together!

OneProject Highlights:

Students will work with researchers from the University of London and Stanford University to create a new product with patent attribution and publication attribution for the product, and a physical sample of the product to meet the needs of some of the students' portfolios.

Second, the project harvest

ICS0 Public Welfare Certificate; Online application recommendation letter; Official Acknowledgments; Group Individual** Presentation; Attribution of relevant patents; physical project outcomes; Related ** reports; Opportunity to enter.

The project harvest will be subject to the specific project version, please consult the instructor for details).

3. Project background

The research and development of the Portable Plant and Water Sampling Device (PPSWD) will be based on the existing data of major NGOs around the world and the relevant requirements for high portability, easy operation, no threshold, low cost, combined with top industrial design. Due to the high technical threshold and training difficulty of the original equipment for plant and ocean monitoring, the scope of influence has always been limited, and many situations of lack of training, equipment and financial support will be encountered during plant and ocean monitoring activities, resulting in the accuracy, data volume and scale of influence of such public welfare projects have greatly increased the difficulty.

This project will study and solve this problem, and the research and development results will greatly reduce the threshold for ordinary people to participate in public welfare projects related to water source and plant sampling, and the project supporting services and communities will also receive positive responses from colleges and universities, research and development institutions, public welfare organizations, enterprises and associations.

Fourth, the content of the project

Commissioned by ICSO UK and the British Ocean Society, students will work alongside a project team from the University of London's School of Biology to create a quality product that solves a real-world problem from the ground up.

5. ProjectsDuration & Requirements

Duration:60 hours of personal work (4 tasks in total) + 10 hours of professional courses (taught by University of London researchers) + 10 hours of project coaching courses + 6 hours of related activities (kick-off, closing ceremony, mid-term meeting); A total of 86 hours (4 months).
